Member Success Program (MSP):

Jan. 20, 2010: held at Roundtable Pizza in Richland, WA. MSP held every two months to help members learn the basics of how to give and receive referrals and be good members in their chapter. A group discussion is held to look at other businesses each member would benefit having in their chapter. 

Feb. 22, 2010: held at Leonardo's Restaurant in Wenatchee, WA. Members also are taught how to form Power Teams which give them the strongest way of giving and receiving referrals. Training is also given on ways to put together 60-second and 10-minute commercials on member's business to train their "sales force" of fellow members in how to best refer business to them.
